The girl's school had a road safety awareness showcase last week which we went along to. Each class had a different slot through the day, ours was at 9:45.
The girls borrowed all my reflective running gear as they were part of the team who showed us how to pay attention and cross the road properly. They all sang a song about crossing the road carefully (stop, look, listen, think) and Norah gave a little speech at the end to thank us all for coming.
We had a few minutes to look at their posters which were on show around the sports hall before they headed back to let the next class have their turn.
